Our fitness center wouldn’t be complete without our new room dedicated to yoga’s benefits

We are excited to offer a range of yoga classes in our newly dedicated yoga studio. Our instructors are ready to begin with all new equipment, including yoga mats, bolsters, yoga straps, and blocks. Strengthen and lengthen muscles and take the time to breathe during our classes where participants of all levels will have an opportunity to practice.

Gentle / Yin Classes

Take your time in poses that will work to increase flexibility and take your focus inward. Yin classes are slow moving, and as challenging as you’re comfortable with. The poses are intended to move slowly so that you can get deep into your muscles and joints safely.

Basic / Fundamental

This class is perfect for those that are new to yoga or want to come to a deeper understanding of the postures. Teachers take the time to explain how to achieve the poses, which parts of the body are involved, and sensible modifications.

Hot / Vinyasa

Hot / vinyasa yoga is fast paced and challenging. You’ll transition quickly between poses that will challenge all aspects of your practice. The heat will help you get deeper into poses and get your blood flowing.
