Make the most of your membership by investigating our full schedule of group exercise classes. Our personal trainers and coaches have designed a range of classes to choose from; you’re sure to find old favorites and exciting new possibilities. We also offer Cycling, Kettlebell, and Silver Sneakers, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) the Weights and HIIT the Weights Gold (for active older adults).

The Cardio Theater has several of our traditional ellipticals, stair steppers, and recumbent bikes alongside our exciting new Woodway Curve treadmills. These new treadmills have no electrical components, zero-to-sprint capability, and utilize almost no joint impact.
